Rest, Relaxation and Rejuvenation
Zoetry Agua Punta Cana is MUY EXCELLENTE!!! I came here to rest and rejuvenate and Zoetry is just the answer to my request!!! The resort and staff are amazing and I look forward to my next visit!!!
Everyone makes you feel at home from the moment you step on the property!!! They greeted me with a sincere “welcome home”! And by the time I got to my room, they were right, I felt at home immediately!!!

Beautiful All Inclusive Resort
We had a wonderful week’s stay at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana. The resort is well maintained; the grounds, rooms, restaurants, and pools are clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and very service oriented. As Ramon, a bartender said to me, ‘If I don’t have it, I will go out and buy it’! This is a larger Zoetry property than 3 others we have stayed at, yet the service level was just as good as any of the others.
Our only complaint was the temperature of the food. More than once a hot entry was served barely warm. Otherwise the selections are great, and they aim to please.

Awesome Experience- Relax and Unwind
Can’t say enough about the opportunity to relax and unwind on this property. Food is delicious and fresh and grounds are well kept and gorgeous. Can’t wait to go back again! I loved the yoga, Pilates, aqua biking, walks on the beach, painting class and dancing class. Also enjoyed hours relaxing and reading on the amazing beach. Loved the beds and beach furniture-so comfortable and plenty for everyone. Thank you Zoetry!

Heavenly
We had the most relaxing and pampered vacation ever at this gorgeous resort. Our room was beautifully appointed, the bed was so comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The beach is so pretty with more than enough chaises or beach beds to lounge on. The pools are pristine and the grounds just lovely.
The gym, which we used daily, was not huge but never crowded and had everything we needed. The spa was absolutely fabulous! We enjoyed our meals, variety at the different restaurants was nice, and no reservations required. What really makes this resort special is the people who work there. After a day or so, they greet you by name and are so warm... I am recommending this resort to all my friends and family!

Exactly What We Were Looking For
I’ll keep this short! Zoetry Agua Punta Cana is a 30 to 40 minute ride from the airport. If I had to sum up the entire stay at the resort, I would simply say, wonderful!
It was a very relaxed atmosphere and it was exactly what we were looking for - a small resort but big enough to satisfy, great room, great service, great food and total relaxation where we didn’t have to do much except enjoy our vacation!
The grounds are well kept and the service overall was great, our room was very clean with a rustic yet upscale touch. The food and drinks were good. I will definitely return in the future!

Paradise on earth
We loved our holiday at Zoëtry - it is simply put the best all-inclusive resort we have been to so far. Quality of service, kindness and professionalism of staff, quality and taste of food and the sheer beauty of the beach and resort make it a stunning 5-star. Add on top a luxurius spa (do book at least one massage you will not regret!) and the amazing coffee-chocholate muffin- banana combination at Coco Cafe’ and you have the cherries on the cake.
Activites are good and spread adequately on balance throughout the day so can pick and choose (yoga early morning class was enjoyable thank you an excellent instructor). Restaurants serve top quality meals (oh how tasty were those lunches on the beach-front Indigo restaurant !). The first and foremost our holiday was made special by Francisco, our personal butler. Always there for you, attentive, available 24/7, reliable and trustworthy. It would not have been the same without your kindness and helpfulness!
So 99.9% positives... any weaknesses? If we really have to find one, then we have to think hard... but probably can advice on the matter. We found that on many occasions waitresses delivered the wrong orders to us or tended to forget / misunderstand our instruction. We took these minor hic-hups very lightly and with a smile - and we encourage everyone else to do the same. It is holiday after all so relax and enjoy!!! And it is hot and sunny for them to work under thise conditions.. however it might have been language barrier as well from time to time, or lack of focus/attention, which can be readily improved by management with staff training / motivation.
That said, here’s our wholehearted advice: book, relax, enjoy and you will not regret in a thousand years!

Wonderful honeymoon stop
We spent 6 nights here and really enjoyed every minute of it. Very chill and relaxing place. Perfect to focus on each other and forget the distractions back home. Rooms are comfortable and amenities are spectacular.
Staff is very accommodating for nearly any requests. We enjoyed room service and all the many restaurants on the resort.

5 star resort
What an amazing, relaxing, beautiful, and romantic vacation! Spent 4 night/5 days at Zoetry to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Accommodations were spectacular! The room was beautiful, bed was comfy, and the balcony was great to eat meals on and enjoy the view. Housekeeping kept the room nice and clean and the turn down service every night was very nice. Also the option of 24 hour room service was fun. The menu was limited after hours late at night, but it had a good variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you wanted to stay in your room.
If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place for you. Very quiet and serene. Not crowded at all. The beach was beautiful and the food was fabulous! While on the beach they made sure to keep our drinks filled and check in. Could even have the option to have our lunch on the beach. The poolside bar was fun. Each meal at the restaurants were tasty and service was great! No buffet dining here....just 1st class dining. No reservations and waits were typically less than 2 minutes to get a table with breathtaking views of the resort or of the beautiful restaurant.
Our concierge, Jairo, was wonderful! Through WhatsApp we could text him questions, set up a special dinner and set up activities. Great service! Thank you Jairo! Another shout out to the bartender, Jairo, at the Canoe bar, who was a friendly familiar face and made some great drinks for us!
The Spa was so serene and relaxing. Enjoyed a couples massage with Olga and Jasamine who provided great massages! Fabulous!

Paradise
We had a wonderful 8 nights at Zoetry. This place is amazing in terms of cleanliness, friendliness of all staff, and provides a relaxing feeling of well being. The food is freshly cooked to order and no buffets which was good. Every member of staff was friendly, and asked how you were. It did help that we could speak basic Spanish, however they all speak English.
The rooms were huge, and we were upgraded to a room which directly accessed one of the lazy rivers. Dio, our personal concierge was great, booking our massage and horse riding, which were included in the price, and checking daily that we were fine. Lots of well being classes such as yoga, pilates, meditation which were great, and pool biking which was fun.
The pools were beautiful, and the swim up bar was great. The beach was lovely, with ample beds and cabanas, which you didnt have to reserve at 8am with your towels!! There was seaweed, but it was cleared daily and wasnt a problem to us. The sea was crystal clear and turquoise. Thank you Zoetry for our time in paradise.
