We pick you up at your hotel and take you through scenic roads to our facility. Once at our ranch, our experienced guides train you and as soon as you wear your safety equipment you are ready to fly and enjoy the magical sensation of Canopy Adventure. Our Guides will assist you through the entire tour.
This half day zipline adventure is designed in order to offer the best diversion in the most interesting environment of the Dominican Republic. The tour consists of 8 lines with a double steel cable ranging from 295 feet in length to 4265 feet for a total of 9842 feet of ziplines.
For the staff, the most important factor is the safety of all guests. Take care that all equipment used from the cable, hardware, harnesses, pulleys and helmets are certified by institutions of broad international recognition. Each piece of equipment has a number of certifications and specific resistance in terms of weight limit.
Rest assured that the facility has obtained all proper insurance and certifications. The zipline staff has a high level of international security training and has taken a lengthy training course.

Exhilarating Experience!
At first, I was skeptical about zip lining but I’m glad I was convinced otherwise. This was the highlight of the treat!! The tour guide kept the bus entertained and the Canopy Crew were fun and professional!

Zipping along in the DR!
The equipment was in good condition, and the guides very safety conscience. Wear longer pants, and water shoes, as well as plenty of sun screen. Prepare to have fun, and have your camera ready for some awesome shots! and look for lizards, as well as cute snakes.

Would definitely recommend
I would highly recommend this experience, every part was well organised and planned out. Firstly all the staff were lovely, very helpful and well trained. They all made sure we were fitted out correctly and new clearly what we were doing. Their were staff at every point clipping you on and someone to stop you at the other end. Which meant you felt very safe and they did everything in their power to insure this.
The tour guide who picked us up was such a nice guy and spent the trip there, telling us all about his country and answered all questions well. The actual experience was amazing, going into the mountains Getting to see the most beautiful views as you go past, just a once in a life time experience. Anyone who ever goes to Punta Cana, I would strongly recommend they add this to there list off things they must do.

Ziplining, hiking, and coffee tasting
This excursion exceeded our expectations. There was a tour guide on our bus ride to the zip lines that explained all of the crops, houses, schools, history, etc. of the cities that we drove through. When we got to the zip line location, we were given very detailed instructions and harnessed up. I felt very safe the entire time! There were 8 lines to zip and they led us above the mountains of the Dominican Republic. It was truly breathless! There were also 5-7 minute scenic hikes between each line.

A little anxiety to start, but ended up loving it!
Okay so I was talked into this, but glad I did it. Once we went through the informational training I felt confident and safe with this excursion we booked through our resort. The ride there was approximately and hour or so, but seemed to go fast as the tour guide educated us about their country the entire way.
We learned a great deal about the culture and economy there. At the end of the adventure they taught us about coffee and cocoa which are a large portion of the agriculture. We even got to sample a couple things. Overall was a great excursion and we would definitely do it again!

Must do in Punta Cana!!
My husband & I visited on our honeymoon and had an amazing time!! The trip up the mountain is gorgeous. The staff were wonderful. Everything is very safe!! We opted for the photography package and it turned out great. No pressure from the staff to purchase items which was great since other places they can be quite overwhelming. 5* experience!

Great Experience
Our family of five (kids aged 7, 12 and 15) all really enjoyed this trip. The ziplining itself was excellent. Great scenery, well organized and efficient. One of our group had been quite nervous but the staff and safety equipment made everyone very comfortable.
We bought the photos and they were excellent-and I unfortunately lost my CD of photos on the bus on the way back, and I contacted them and they arranged for a replacement one to be sent to our resort a couple of days later which was much appreciated. We also enjoyed learning about how chocolate and coffee are made, and other interesting information about the area. It was a little hard to hear the guide on the trip there due to the open air bus.

Great Experience
Very well organized. Tour guide was great. Employees were very professional and safety conscious. Zip lines were awesome. 15 platforms. A few really nice long and fast runs. Requires some “hiking”, so bring your walking shoes.
If you are looking for a morning or afternoon excursion, you won’t be disappointed. Only constructive criticism is they need a better check out process in the gift shop.

Great zip lining!
We were a little apprehensive at first but the staff was so much fun and gave us good instructions. Once we go on the zip lines, we had a ball! The scenery was beautiful and the staff was so helpful! Especially loved "Big Willy" who was so cheerful and fun! Some walking involved but nothing major. Climbing one of the biggest towers was a little strenuous but we are both i our 60's and made it there with no problem.

Safe first timer
This was mine and my husband's first time ziplining and we had a great time! The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. We had people in our group that spoke English, Spanish and French and they had staff that were able to give instructions in all 3 languages. They made us feel incredibly safe. Bring cash to be able to pay for pictures because you can't take your phone with you. Be ready to hike a little bit between some of the towers.

Instructions were very good. Felt very safe with equipment! Only 4 of us on tour. Ride to and from was crazy... drove fast, tailgated, passed cars with oncoming traffic... made American drivers look good :)
The actual zip line could have been much better... I felt very rushed! I’m 63 and took me longer to walk up the trails and platforms. Once to the top, guide waiting immediately hooked me up and sent me on my way. Hadn’t even caught my breath. Couldn’t enjoy the zipping! At bottom, made to rush to next one:(
$35 for cd of pictures is ridiculous! For $90, one picture should have been included!!!!
Only lasted 40 minutes due to rushing along:(

Great activity!
This was our first time to Zipline and it was great. It took awhile to get there from our hotel but worth it. We got to see a lot of the city. The mountains were spectacular. this is definitely an excursion you will want to do. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. Our guide on the bus was great. The staff at the actual place needs to work on being more friendly. The gift shop has cool stuff and great prices! I would do this again!
