Great Experience, Great Room, Great People
We traveled with our less than 1 year old and had a wonderful experience staying at the Reserve section of the hotel. It was sparse in terms of people so it never felt cramped, but the service was fantastic and so was the property.
There are pools galore hidden throughout a secluded area, with tons of activities to do. There was constantly good food in the main lobby area, water bottles, and even little treats included in our room that were replenished daily.
Most importantly our dedicated guest services contact Gustavo was fantastic. He made sure we had the morning schedule everyday, was extremely responsive, booked all our food reservations for us, and more.
The best of all was his help with my wife's birthday. He setup a jacuzzi and champagne for us for when we got back to the room, surprised her with a cake and singing during dinner, which she thorougly enjoyed.

Paradise
Great facility, nice staff who want to ensure your experience at the Hotel is memorable. Clean environment, ECO friendly, rooms were spacious with good views. Pools & beaches were clean, Having a golf course attached to the Hotel was great not only was it 5 minutes away 10 minutes if you really wanted to walk. The course is Long & well maintained. Would definitely go again to the resort.

Beautiful and Safe Resort!
I visited the resort with a group of moms and daughters for a senior trip. The resort along with beach, pools, landscaping, and views was amazing! Rooms were spacious and clean and restaurants were good. Our concierge, Sandy, took great care of our group and arranged dinner every evening in addition to an excursion. Staff were super pleasant and courteous and everyone had a lovely, relaxing, and wonderful time! Would definitely go again!

Best Family Vacation
My family & I just returned from The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real & it was a great experience for us. My daughter is 3 years old & the service we recieved from the family concierge program with Andy C was exceptional. This is the way to go if you are looking a relaxing family getaway. The resort staff also had great service, and the Kid Zone is the perfect place for children. I highly recommend and would return.

Totally Relaxing
All their restaurants and meals were excellent with so many selections to choose from beginning with the main course dishes and wine selection to their desert selections, not to mention the fabulous service.
The property's grounds and rooms are impeccable.

Gorgeous resort, wonderful staff and good food. The whole package!
My wife and I just spent a week at this resort, and we have been to Punta Cana a dozen times. This particular resort is a bit inland from the beach at the Paradisus resort, but not inconveniently so. The resort is just wonderful, being family friendly, not crowded, chaises always available somewhere on the property and many palapas as well.
The vegetation is lush and gives this resort an intimate feeling, wholly unlike the Paradisus resort. Transportation to the beach is easy, via golf cart or tram, and the choice of restaurants is excellent. Particularly good is Aqua, located in the Reserve. My wife and I also had a very good dinner at Rare, the steakhouse at the main building in the Paradisus resort. The lunch restaurant by the pool and the lunch buffet in the main dining room are very good, with choices of fish or meats.
One waiter we had for breakfast, named "Fidel" deserves a particular shout-out, making iced coffees for my wife and I daily, and also working at one of the Japanese restaurants, named Mizu. Sandy, who does restaurant reservations was also very good, as was Santo, who is a waiter for lunches at the restaurant by the main pool and nights in Aqua.
The staff, in general, had a superior attitude. The resort is not overrun by bars or inebriated teenagers. I cannot say good enough things, and will definitely, definitely return. What a joy to stay there. Just wonderful, and unlike any prior experience we have had during our other trips at all-inclusive resorts in Punta Cana.

Great visit to the Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real!
Just returned from a trip to the Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real and we had a fabulous time! The property was beautiful, well maintained and very clean! There were MANY comfortable places to relax around the extensive network of pools! The rooms came stocked with a mini-bar which contained drinks as well as snacks and were replenished regularly. Overall the food was great- the hydro grill was great for lunch, Mizu was our favorite dinner and the main buffet had fabulous Naan bread...
Additionally, the staff were all friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Jorge was our family concierge and he helped us with reservations and keeping our room well stocked- he even arranged to get a cake for a special occasion for us and delivered it to our room! Leidy his supervisor also helped make us reservations. Alejandro was wonderful around the pool and loved dancing with our kids and keeping them entertained. Kids club staff and wait staff at the reserve were wonderful. Luis was our waiter for a few days and he was very friendly!
If you want to truly get away and relax this is a great option!
