BlueMall Puntacana shopping mall is located just 2 kilometers from Punta Cana International Airport, less than 35 kilometers from all Bavaro and Punta Cana hotels and only 2 hours from Santo Domingo by the Coral Freeway.
It is relatively new, many spaces are still with "coming soon" type of signs. Also many people say it is overpriced even in comparison with the top Canadian and USA shopping malls. Still, even in current state it's one of the better shopping malls in the region.

Nicest mall I have seen in the Caribbean
This is the nicest mall I have seen yet on holiday to the islands. It offers a wide range of stores, mostly clothing but from budget to high end. It also has a great selection of eateries from Nathans hot dogs to Hard Rock bar to Applebees.

Great Mall in Punta Cana
Its a nice upscale air conditioned mall, with plenty of parking, and a nice sized food court. Zara seems to be the flagship store.There are lots of empty store space, but they seem to be working on expanding store offer as there a banners of store spaces with "Brand Coming Soon". Overall a good expericence. Once it completes its offerings I am sure more people will frequent it, and will feel more like malls in Santo Domingo.

Small but cute
It is small at US standard but for local and visitors wanting to have a meal and buy few gifts it is ideal. Many restaurants and shops, two banks, a great hairdresser salon called BANA. Many places to get coffees and even a great chocolate store. I recommend to go late in the afternoon or a rainy day.

Very good place to eat and go shopping!!
Blue Mall Punta Cana is a mandatory stop when you are at Punta Cana, Cap Cana or even Bavaro. There are very good restaurants such as Los Burros Geniales (Mexican Cuisine) Bachata Rosa by SBG (the best international food you will eat in the DR. Also you will find Apple' Bees, Hard Rock Cafe, Pizza Hut, and the best ice cream ever: Valentino and Cinco. Stores like Zara and Zara Home and many others invite us to buy the best for us and our beloved. What I only miss is a movie theater to go the whole family before go dinner in the restaurants.

Beautiful and fun for the whole family!
LOVED IT! Great variety of restaurants and stores, best in Punta Cana - hands down. Easy parking and plenty of stuff to keep the kids entertained while we went around shopping. We ate at Bachata Rosa, excellent food and service. Then took my kids to some sort of Virtual Reality Arcade, we don't even have those in any mall in Raleigh NC (were we live) - my kids were ecstatic. Would definitely come back!

Something new and unexpectect!
Truly recommended, from the great parking lot, variety of stores and restaurants and the entertainment offers this mall is a must in Punta Cana. We saw this mall from the airport at night and the fountains show caught our attention, they have shows daily around 8pm. Don’t forget to play at the VR Lounge and end the night with margaritas and a ride on the wild bull at the mexican restaurant Burros Geniales! Don’t forget to look up at the amazing roofs, loved how they integrated the natural light.

THE can’t miss place to visit in PUJ
Why the titlt, because it is truly the only place you can’t not go while in PUJ. Here’s why:
Sure you want to sunbathe and go to the beach, but lets be honest after 3 days is boring and you are sooooo sunburned that you skin can’t take it anymore, so here after a nice breakfest go to Bluemall is right infront of the airport.
They have the biggest Zara store in Latin America I kid you not so if you want to see the whole collection at the same time go there, after 3 hours trying clothes go to Zara Home and buy soaps there my favorite!!
Then go to the pharmacie and buy afterburn lotion or sunscreen lotion. Out of money you have several banks there that offer way better change rate than your hotel.
Hungry? Goshh so many good places to choose Isabella, Saffron, but if you want tex-mex Aplebees and Hard Rock! Be sure to bring yor membership. And there’s Bachata Rosa if you don’t know who is Juan Luis Guerra you are missing one of the best artists in the world and a true dominican embassador. This is scheduled to open the final week of January but my friends fron SBG will not disappoint I’m sure.
Sweet tooth? Then go to Valentinos or Cinco or Ka Khow. One to try a dominican treat? Buy coconut water and enjoy it in the coconut. Is late afternoon well go buy souvenirs for your friends and family they have 2 stores there with everything.
Ready to leave? Have coffee before you go and browse the rest of the stores or come back again the next day to buy cool bathing suits, accessories or perfume or just to collect your Punt Cana charm from Pandora.
This is truly a full shopping experience and coming next fall amazing new stores, can’t say witch ones yet but.... I heard a luxurious watch store is coming and a três chic caffe is also in the works, so be there or be square!!
